Learn how to focus on your wellness during all of the stages of your pregnancy. You'll be guided by a pro: Kenna is cofounder of Sona Fitness, a Nike Trainer, a NASM-certified personal trainer and a yoga instructor.

Wednesdays in June at 5:00pm CT

Pelvic Floor Workout. This can be pre/post natal and can be the lecture style or class style.

Kenna Johnson is Co-Founder of Sona Fitness, a Nike Trainer, NASM-certified personal trainer, and a yoga instructor. In addition to lifelong dance training (she dances professionally in the Chicago area), Kenna has extensive experience as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and yoga teacher, having taught classes all over Chicago and the North Shore. She is a Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and very passionate about sharing her knowledge in a field she believes needs more wide spread information. In addition to the perinatal training, Kenna holds specialties in Nutrition, Senior Fitness, and Performance Enhancement. Her 6 month old baby boy keeps her honest on postpartum training.
