$0.00
$0.00

As parents, we are often inundated with all the things we must do to be the perfect parent, which can leave us feeling pressure, stress, and even shame and guilt. In this workshop we will focus on how to sift through all the noise and be able to focus on what actually matters when it comes to supporting our children and setting the foundation for secure attachment, self confidence, independence, and a mutually respectful relationship with them as they grow--all while letting go of the mom-guilt.

Hosted by, Sarah Bren a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in psychodynamic and relationship-based approaches to working with young adults, adults, parents, and families. She is passionate about helping individuals and families develop deeper, more meaningful connections within themselves and with others, foster respectful and emotionally secure relationships, reduce suffering, and increase effectiveness and confidence. She has a particular interest in teaching parents, caregivers, and childcare organizations about how respectful parenting principles can improve the quality of their relationships with their loved ones and, by extension, help the children in their lives become more authentic, confident, independent, and kind. Dr. Bren see clients in her private practice in Pelham, NY. She is currently providing care to all of her clients virtually. Her digital parenting course The Authentic Parent: Finding Your Parenting Confidence in the First Year launches in October.

    Why Organic Matters

A baby’s skin isn’t just sensitive—it actually absorbs more of everything it touches. It’s why we searched for a GOTS-certified organic cotton in its purest form. Conventional cotton is produced with a lot of chemicals, but ours is free of all the yuck
