Kate Ogilvie brings her wisdom as a mom and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to the Monica + Andy community through her class, Pregnancy + Beyond: Nursing and Transition Back To Work. As Kate says, “Working with moms and babies and helping them achieve their breastfeeding goals is my true passion and gives me great joy.”
Kate is the mother of two children and lives in the Lakeview neighborhood. As a breastfeeding mother, she was inspired to become a La Leche League Leader and then an IBCLC. She is now a member of several lactation consultant associations as well as a board member of the Chicago Area Breastfeeding Coalition.
