Domestic orders within 90 days with an order number, unwashed and unworn, may be returned by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the return is received and processed, orders will either be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit to use towards a future purchase. All international orders, orders outside of the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska etc) as well as personalized, embroidered, sale and items sold as “final sale”, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All domestic Gift returns will receive store credit that can be used to shop online or in a Guideshop. All domestic Gift returns must be accompanied with an order number or record of sale to be accepted. Shipping fees are not refunded.
To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please contact the Storks at email@example.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.
Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return. If no packing slip is included, your return might not be accepted.
If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How do I make an exchange?
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue you a store credit that can be used towards a new purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
