Even though social distancing orders are in place, your family and close friends are still going to want to get a close look at your new arrival.
Just as expecting mamas are hosting virtual baby showers and kids are celebrating virtual birthday parties, you can plan your own virtual Sip and See in four easy steps. Prepare for friends and fam to “ooh” and “aww” right alongside you (at a distance, of course!).
Step 1: The Invite
We love sites like Minted and Paperless Post for designing custom digital invitations to gather your crew.
Step 2: The Venue
Simply create a video conference on Zoom or Google Hangouts and copy the link directly into the digital invitation selected above.
Best part? Our team has created virtual backgrounds to make your celebration more festive! Email storks@monicaandandy.com to receive a free Sip and See virtual background template. Then go back to your video conference settings, click “Virtual Background” and “Add Virtual Background Image”.
Remember to encourage any tech-savvy guests to join via their TV screen vs. viewing on a phone. The closer to life-sized, the better!
