About the Author

Daniela Saltzman is the founder and CEO of Saltzman & Co., a communications advisory firm helping companies create value through sustainability. She previously led advocacy work at Generation Investment Management, the $30B+ firm co-founded by Al Gore, and began her career at Goldman Sachs. Daniela holds degrees from Brown (B.A., honors) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.) and has published widely on business and sustainability, with work featured in Harvard Business Review and Stanford Social Innovation Review.

In 2025, Daniela published her first children's book, Your Mom's A Person Too! A funny and heartwarming story for anyone who is a mom, has a mom, or knows a mom.
