Pre + Postnatal Sculpt

An all levels 40 minute perinatal (prenatal and postnatal) full body workout bookended with yoga to enhance your mind and body connection.  Movement is beneficial for your well-being and mental health.  This class improves muscle awareness in preparation for delivery and postpartum, includes modifications/advancements, and provides a positive space to support you during any stage of motherhood.

Light hand weights are optional for an elevated challenge.
